Find Other People
The Find Other People page allows you to search for other Portal users (not pupils) in the school, for example parents or grandparents. Only those contact details which other users have specifically opted to share are available to search. (See Your Account for details on how to share your contact details.)
HOW TO FIND OTHER School Portal USERS
- Click on the Find Other People menu item.
The Find Other People page opens.
- Set your search criteria by selecting or entering the relevant information.
- Click the Search button.
If there are people who meet your search criteria, the search results display a list with the contact information that they are happy to share.
Note: At the bottom of the page beneath the results table, you can use various icons to view the results: use the Arrow icons to move between page results; use the Page Size icons to alter the number of records displayed on each page; and use the Records field view the number records returned in the search.
