About Online Payments and Billing

You can use WCBS schoolPORTAL to pay online for your child or children's fees and other billing obligations, as well as to check previously paid items and items awaiting billing. You may also be able to view Direct Debit payment schedules. The Billing screen contains four tabs that enable you to:

Note: If PDF files have been generated for bills / credit notes and / or supporting schedules, then the Item column in the grids on the Outstanding Items, All Items and Paid Items tabs display link text (the link text is in a different colour) and the PDF icon (Supporting Schedule icon), enabling you to view and download the PDF files. Note: Your school is able to set up contacts as copy bill recipients. For example, if a grandparent is set up as a copy bill recipient with 'View and Pay' access, then the grandparent is also able to make online payments, as well as the main bill payer.

ClosedAbout the Billing - Outstanding Items tab

View a list of outstanding items and make online payments using the Outstanding Items tab. Transaction details are shown for ALL school pupils for whom you have bill paying responsibilities. You can use the Billing - Outstanding Items tab to view a breakdown of your outstanding billing items per child (if applicable), and to make payments online.

View ALL billing items using the All Items tab. This breakdown details both your paid and outstanding billing items per pupil (if applicable). The total amount for all paid items per pupil is also shown. In addition, items that you have not been billed for yet may be displayed.
