Your school will have made this decision. Please contact your school for details.

No, not at this time. WCBS schoolPORTAL online payment enables you to pay by credit or debit cards. If you wish to use childcare vouchers to meet your billing obligations, then please contact your school and make the necessary arrangements.

Once your payment has gone through, the Payment Confirmation screen appears. In addition, you are sent a confirmation receipt to the email address you are using as your username. You are also able to view your paid items using the Paid Items tab within WCBS schoolPORTAL.
Note: Your WCBS schoolPORTAL account is set up by your school, using the email address you have provided as your username. It is your responsibility to maintain that email account. If you change your email account, you will need to alter your WCBS schoolPORTAL username. You also need to inform your school of your new email address, if you wish them to use this new email address for other correspondence.

Your school will have configured the credit / debit cards they accept with their payment provider. As part of the online payment process, the credit / debit cards accepted will appear on the Online Payment Card Entry screen.

If an item for which you need to make a payment does not appear on the Billing - Outstanding Items tab, please contact your school.
