About Accessing Bills, Credit Notes and Supporting Schedules

You, as a bill payer or a copy bill recipient, can access PDF files for bills and credit notes and PDF files for supporting schedules, if your school has generated these PDF files. If PDF files are available, the Item column within the grids on the Outstanding Items, All Items and Paid Items tabs display link text (the link text is in a different colour) and the PDF icon (Supporting Schedule icon), as detailed and shown below:

  • Item column link, e.g. 'AUTUMN BOOKS' - Click on the link to display a PDF file of the PDF bill / credit note. You are able to save a PDF copy of the bill / credit note.

  • PDF icon (Supporting Schedule icon) - Click Supporting Schedule icon to download and save a PDF copy of the supporting schedule.

Note: If the Item column only contains text descriptions, and not links, and the PDF icon (Supporting Schedule icon) is unavailable, it is because your school has not generated PDF files for your bills, credit notes or supporting schedules. (Your school may prefer to issue these documents via post or email instead.)

Note: Copy bill recipients are also able to view these PDF files, if they have been granted relevant access by your school.

ClosedHOW TO ACCESS BILLS, CREDIT NOTES AND SUPPORTING SCHEDULES

  1. To access a bill or a copy bill:

    1. Go to Billing and click on the Outstanding Items, All Items or Paid Items tab to locate the relevant bill or credit note.

    2. Within the Item column, click on a link for the relevant invoice / credit note. (The link is in a different colour.) A PDF file of the bill or copy bill appears.

    3. (Optional) Use your browser functionality to save the PDF file.
  2. To view a supporting schedule:
    1. On the Outstanding Items, All Items or Paid Items tab, locate the relevant billing item.

    2. In the Item column, click Supporting Schedule icon alongside the relevant invoice / credit note. A PDF file of the supporting schedule for the bill or copy bill appears.

    3. (Optional) Use your browser functionality to save the PDF file.
