About Viewing Direct Debit Payment Schedules

The Payment Schedules tab displays a list of your Direct Debit payment schedules, from which you can access a PDF file for each schedule. Direct Debit payment schedules are shown sorted by the following criteria:

  1. By date, with the most recent at the top.
  2. By pupil.
  3. By time.

This takes into account the possibility that billing accounts may be linked to more than one pupil and, if multiple payment schedules are printed for a pupil on the same date, the order in which they were printed. An example Direct Debit payment schedule follows.

Note: Your school can choose to activate this option. If you cannot see this option, please contact your school.

  1. Go to Billing to display the Billing screen.

  2. Click on the Payment Schedules tab.

  3. In the Description column, click on the relevant link to view a payment schedule PDF file.

    Example: The first screenshot shows an example Payments Schedules tab, and the second provides an example of a Direct Debit payment schedule PDF file.

    Note: If you need to notify your school of any changes to your billing information, click Contact Us (at the bottom of the screen). A message is sent to the relevant department.
