About Personal Documents

The Personal Documents function enables you to view and search for personal documents stored against pupil records, for example passports and visas. This function tends to have a high level of security to restrict access to sensitive information, such as medical forms or details regarding suspensions. Personal documents are added to pupil records using passFINANCE/schoolADMIN.

Note: As with many search screens within 3sysACADEMIC, you are able to utilise views to filter, sort and group the data in different ways. For details, see About Views.

Note: You are also able to export the search results displayed in the grid to Excel, by clicking MS Excel icon. For details, see About Exporting Data to Excel.

  • Go to Pupil Management > Pupil Records > Personal Documents.
